No purchase necessary. Offer only open to Barefoot Republic members who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding CT, KS, MT, and UT) or the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at time of request.  Souvenir point values have no monetary value and are subject to change at any time. Limit four (4) of each souvenir per Barefoot Republic member. Souvenirs available while supplies last.  Offer ends December 31, 2011.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this offer at any time without further notice. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute souvenir items at any time.  Each souvenir ordered will be delivered via U.S. Mail to the member’s Barefoot Republic account profile address. Allow four to six weeks for delivery. Approximate Retail Value of each souvenir is not to exceed $1.00. Members are solely responsible for any and all costs associated with the acceptance and use of souvenirs.  Souvenirs are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Void in CT, KS, MT, UT, outside the fifty (50) United States and where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Offer subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. No substitutions or exchanges allowed. Barefoot Republic souvenirs are not intended for resale.  Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale or purchase of any Barefoot Republic souvenir is prohibited and constitutes fraud.  Offer may not be combined with any other discount or offer.  Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or any other failure or malfunction in connection with this offer. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, stolen, or mutilated mail in connection with this offer. No exceptions or deviations to the Terms & Conditions of this offer as stated herein, except by Sponsor or where legally required.
