Barefoot® Cellars Forms Alliance with Premier Wine and Spirits in Metro New York and Letchworth Wine and Spirits in Upstate New York

SANTA ROSA, Calif.-- April 8, 2004--Grape Links, Inc., producer of Barefoot Cellars wines, has appointed Premier Wine and Spirits as their new distributor in Metro New York. As of April 1st, 2004, Barefoot Cellars will have full distribution of all of Barefoot Cellars brands in Metro New York area. Additionally, Letchworth Wine and Spirits will assume distribution of the Barefoot Cellars portfolio in upstate New York as of May 1, 2004. The Barefoot Cellars portfolio includes Barefoot Cellars California, Barefoot Reserve Sonoma County, Barefoot on the Beach and Barefoot Bubbly 100% Chardonnay Champagne.

Barefoot Cellars has been producing wines of exceptional value since 1986. Their mission statement is, "To make the best wine for the best price." Barefoot Cellars is making this transition as the company's sales are hitting record highs.
