NURTITIONAL INFORMATION

Many customers inquire about the calorie and carbohydrate content of our wines. Below is a table containing the information, based on a standard 4 ounce serving. By the way, there is no fat or cholesterol in wine.

The U.S. Dietary Guidelines, revised and published every five years by the federal government, now list moderate wine consumption (one glass per day for women and two for men) as part of a healthy daily diet. For more information on these guidelines, visit www.wineinstitute.org, the website of the Wine Institute, a trade organization representing 500 California's wineries. The site contains a wealth of information on wine-and-health issues.

Of course, if you have questions concerning the healthfulness of including wine in your daily diet, it is always best to consult your physician.
