Cranberry Brie Bites

Raise your hand if you almost always have leftover cranberry sauce after your Thanksgiving feast. We’re assuming most of your hands are up because there's always leftover cranberry sauce after Thanksgiving dinner. So what do you do with all that leftover, can-shaped goodness? You make cranberry brie bites!

Featuring: Brut Cuvée

Servings: 6+ Prep Time: 5 to 15 mins Cook Time: 5 to 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry
  • 4 oz. brie, chopped into small pieces
  • 3/4 c. cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. Thaw your puff pastry as directed on the packaging. Cut each sheet into 9 squares.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Place the squares into a lightly greased mini muffin tin. Add brie. Note: load those muffin cups.up Don't feel like you're over stuffing them, because you're not. Trust us.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce on top onto each muffin cup. Again, load 'em up.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
