1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Pear juice
2 oz Barefoot Pear Fruitscato
1 tsp Simple Syrup
Bubbly water
Sugar and cinnamon for rim
Dried pear for garnish (optional)
Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Rim a chilled glass with lime, then dip into sugar mixture. Add gin, pear juice and Pear Fruitscato to a glass with ice. Top with bubbly water. Garnish with dried pear slice.
